I’ve been blessed with my health, but my journey hasn’t been easy. As a kid, I survived a brain tumor and was later diagnosed with a coordination disorder. I didn’t let that stop me. I used it to build discipline, resilience, and a drive to push past what others thought was possible.
Years later, while working a full-time desk job and training to become a world champion powerlifter, my body started to break down. I was constantly in pain, stiff, and exhausted. Nothing moved well, and I felt like giving up. Instead, I committed to learning how to rebuild, not just for performance, but for real life. Through years of trial, error, and study, I learned how to move better, recover smarter, and come back stronger.
That journey is what led me to the work I do today. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your body. And I know how to help people move through it.
